Wii In Stock

I know, it’s only been about three years since the Nintendo Wii was first introduced, but it still provides a challenge for a lot of Christmas shoppers.

In a recent press notice from Nintendo, their corporate affairs VP Kaigler was quoted as saying “It’s true that despite this amazing amount of product we’re putting into the channel, some locations around the country are still experiencing sellouts. There’s no way to know if we’ll have enough Wii consoles for the holidays.” Understand that this is NOT due to lack of effort on
Nintendo’s’ part or lack of production. VP Kaigler went on to say, “Nintendo now manufactures Wii consoles at a rate of 2.4 million a month worldwide.” She said Nintendo has put 50% more Wii’s into the U.S> market this year over last year.

Kaigler’s advice…”If you think you want one and see it in a store then you should buy it then because”, as she said, “it might not be on that shelf much longer.” Reports before Thanksgiving indicated plentiful units in stock with some stores bragging about how big their inventories of Nintendo Wii consoles were. However, if you check some of the big name retailers online today (Target, GameStop, Wal-Mart, Kmart, Target, & Amazon) not only are their inventories slimming, or on backorder, and prices on the shelf increasing as high as $350.

As we reminded you before about the Wii in stock tragedy, since you know where to buy Nintendo Wii console online now, you better think twice about waiting. Check out our Wii tracker now and insure that you will have a really Merry Christmas!

Find a Nintendo Wii through our Wii Tracker

Do you really want to buy a Nintendo Wii!  Well, time is getting short to locate such an in demand, hot product like the Nintendo Wii console and all the games and controllers that go along with it.  Store inventories are dwindling and people are getting nervous.

There are Wii Tracker sites online…some good and some not. Here it is early in December and I can tell you before you do your first search that most of them will give you the same result:  "OUT OF STOCK" or "ON BACK ORDER".  That does you no good.  You will wait and wait and maybe miss out altogether.

We have set the Wii eBay auction windows up for you here for your immediate access and convenience.  We set them up for the main Wii shopping trackers:

Wii Top eBay Search

Thanksgiving weekend is historically the most fantastic sales period of the year, and this year Nintendo’s Wii was the most searched for item according to eBays search results.

eBay  revealed figures that show the wii console dominating consumer purchasing plans. 3,171 systems were sold during the course of Black Friday and the average sales price for the Wii throughout the weekend was $350 — $100 more than Nintendo’s suggested retail price.

Nintendo’s electronic fitness device Wii Fit also saw a sizable following during the retail surge, moving 1,059 units for an average price of $140 — $50 greater than its retail price tag.

Nintendo Wii to Outsell PlayStation 3

Nintendo Wii to Outsell PlayStation 3

Nintendo just unleashed several hundred thousand Wii consoles in Japan for its pre-Christmas launch. And guess what? You guessed it: ALL of the Wii consoles sold out within just a very few hours. This allows Wii to have more than four times the current number of PS3s currently in circulation. This will without a doubt shoot Wii to the top of the next gen games market in its home territory.
They said that long lines formed outside retail stores, with some people standing in line since Friday. Much like our Black Friday campers in the United States. More than 2000 waited outside the Yurakucho branch of Bic Camera in Tokyo.

Additionally, Nintendo plans to ship over 1.5 million DS units during the month of December, confirming the handheld’s status as the number one portable games unit. Ladies and gentlemen: Nintendo Wii is aiming to be the number one gaming system in the world and I think they are right on target!
